Account Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your Runin account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to info@scalarbuild.com with the subject line:
"Runin Account Delete Request".

The deletion request must be sent from the email address associated with your Runin account.

Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems.

This includes your profile information, account details, running history, activity records, leaderboard records, preferences, and any other data associated with your account.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account and data have been deleted, they cannot be recovered.
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying ownership of the account.
